I've recently gotten really into making omelettes: AMA

I think I'm going to make a dope arse omelette for dinner tonight. Thinking bacon and sausage with a homemade cheese sauce or something.

Do you know the trick on how to get a perfect circle that won't break all the while having an evenly cooked base...and then halving it cooking the inside?

You have to have a spatula to move the outside cooked eggs into the center then just tilt the pan to fill it out again. Makes it perfectly level

I had some leftover fajita mixture (steak, onion, peppers) from the weekend. Made a killer steak omelets.

Use an immersion blender to beat the eggs

Also make sure you using at least a slice or two of processed cheese like kraft single.
