It's so strange how being aware of celiac or whatever it was ended up turning into a diet fad. I mean if the goal is to cut down carbs, good on you, I guess.

This. My SIL brags about her daughter switching to gluten free because of medical stuff. I still see her chunky, and eating shite foods while her mother brags about it or talks about it on facebook.

OB Board. And no it doesn’t. People are moving away from it because many agencies employ people who don’t do as well with the recoil and because 9mm bullet tech has bridged much of the gap. But more energy is more energy and the .40 has more energy. Can’t argue physics but I am sure you will try. Honorable mention to the fact that .40 beats up the gun more which really only matters to agencies that issue pistols that will see 10k rounds or more. Not really an issue for most individuals.

sadly - everyone thinks when you ask for gluten free it is a fad deal. my wife (no pics) has Celiac and has to be Gluten free.
she has Celiac to the where if she touches gluten, she has an alergic reacion, not to mention ingesting bread crumbs that are not gluten free will put her in the ER really sick.
