Look into the Real Estate classes with Brian Andrews. Not too difficult, great teacher. I think they are 3351 and 3353

Son, college is about taking courses that interest you. Ones that have a chance to inspire a direction in your future. It isn't about taking easy elective to just get by....you aren't in HS anymore.... take a class that will challenge you mentally and physically.

Shouldn't you be worried about finding your next, custom $10,000 suit?

I misread that as two easy Business Executives and thought it was going to be a thread about Linkedin swingers.

Literally my favorite professor at LSU. Took his 3353, currently in 3351. It helps that I want to be in real estate

Considering that I want to be in real estate and have taken/currently taking all three of the real estate courses at LSU, I've got "what interests me" covered.

So you only have one interest? Im saying broaden your scale.... don't settle on a class because its easy... find a class you will enjoy that is different from your major and will be able to challenge you.... college isn't about taking the easiest classes to pass and get a degree....news flash...everyone has a degree these days...

Take courses that will inspire you

took this over the summer with Banks. He was awesome. It's not a cakewalk but I highly recommend it

That's already a required course for all business majors I think.

I took a 4000 level class called natural resource economics or something that was easy, but the teacher was a huge douche

Just be sure to let your future clients know that you shop around for what's easiest, not what's most productive or what would best prepare you for the job they're paying you for.

That should boost their confidence in you.

If you are interested in Real Estate, then the only answer to this question is the Argus class with Landry.
