I thought it was pretty funny, especially since we have been to 2 open houses already this month and some of the ridiculous stuff these school pimps are just that...utterly ridiculous.

We did it last year when my daughter was 1.5 because we knew we would want to put her in preschool when she turned 2

Oh, well shite. Did you do it that early because she isn't in daycare?
I am assuming the daycare becomes pre-school in our case. Is that normal? Is it normal that I don't know this?

Went to one today! Kid will be 3 next November. Pretty sure he can hang with the 5 year olds at this place.

It is really more like Rush than anything now too. Are you a legacy? Will your family and your child fit in socially? Can you afford it (credit checks, etc.?) Good luck.
