"They're killing Christians because they're Christians! How violent and terrible"
Then:
Yeah. Christians are sooooo much better.
Then:
quote:
drop the bomb exterminate them all
Yeah. Christians are sooooo much better.

They do ask for help, while in the same sentence condemning us.

Your weak attempt at equivalting on with th eother highlights your intellectual dishonesty.
Highlighting an instance where a catholic group were considered terrorists does not make me intellectually dishonest. It was merely an example to illustrate that every successful, mainstream religious group in history has had its moments of extreme violence.

Sounds like the Crusades. Common denominator: bullshite religion.

Trying to say one is equivalent to the other most certainly does. It would be like saying yeah, you have pancreatic cancer - did you see my hangnail. After all they both could be described as medical conditions.
The level of terror, the scope, the geographic footprint, the innocents harmed by muslim extremists drawfs by the same level as the cancer v. hangnail the amount of violence the IRA committed.
Your trying to make them equivalent is either an example of intellectual dishonesty or ignorance. I guess I should not close the door on ignorance though.
Edit
For the record a TOTAL of 3,526 people were killed by either side of the IRA conflict over the 30 or so years it went on. Of those killed, a little over 2,000 were killed by the IRA and over 1/2 of those were British soldiers. So your equating of this conflict with the global terror inflicted by muslim extremists really does not stand-up to the facts.

Yes, they both do exist. For the Christian version look at Joseph Kony's Lord's Resistance Army and Buddhists have conducted terror attacks in Burma and Thailand recently.
It's a religion problem in general, not something particularized to specific believers.
Yes, exactly my point.

Crusades were a little while ago. I think you is dumb for equating something today to the Crusades.
