Oh I believe that last part but plenty of restaurants are like that.
I agree they aren't supposed to have top notch servers. No tits and arse joint is.
Some of their business model is lame as hell. Although it probably suits the crowd that frequents there

+1 I went to the Twin Peaks in Frisco about 5-6 years ago. It was light years...and I mean light years better than hooters. To even compare it to the one in BR or the Westbank is a disgrace.
I would guess the Br locations are more in the norm and yes very trashy. But if it was Frisco at every store, legit.

In my experience it's either one or the other. No tits or huge fake ones ( not that there's anything wrong with that).

My brother lives in Houma and the one there is extremely trashy........shite ton of trashy oilfield workers and just bad all around. The beer was ice cold but it was a depressing meal......
