It's all just pipes anyway. to answer the op, yes, incredibly tacky. It's an okay idea theoretically but not a good idea practically.

You won't push as she is the boss. Your battle is to not wear a dress eventually for her.

Additionally, any guess why a public men's room smells like a pissatorium almost all of the time?
Try guessing the stand-up urinals. The back splatter is impossible to contain, you might as well just piss into a floor drain.

As I get older, I have trouble getting it all in the bowl. Especially in the middle of the night when I am too lazy to turn the bathroom light on and direct the pee to the sound of it hitting the water.

I like the idea for a home bathroom urinal, but a better idea would be one of those aluminum trough-style ones, or even better, the waterfall style where you stand on the ledge and pee onto the constant water cascading down the wall. Plus the water flowing sound is relaxing.
