You can do a Primatine pill, caffeine, bayer 81mg stack. I would only take 1 Bayer per day though. The other 2 up to 3 times per day.

I have read that the aspirin doesn't really add anything to the equation.

ETA: but Primatene and OTC like Bronkaid can speed. 16 oz black coffee can sub a caf pill.
All this means nothing though if there's no exercise to diet routine, IMO. OP, just get active and if you try an OTC recipe, just be smart and don't over do it. Patience.

That is what I figured that it dilates blood vessels but everything I have read in recent years says that the aspirin isn't beneficial .

You may be dead on, I'm not sure. It's like the advice to transport creatine w high glucose fluid like grape juice instead of water only. But we both know an EC or ECA stack is a final cut recipe for many in the biz. That and tren et al. It does work.
