Is there any way to turn off the Emergency Alert notifications on cell phones?

This shite went off 4 times between midnight and 4:30am last night and just started going off again. Any way to turn it off?

In "SETTINGS" go to "NOTIFICATIONS"

OH wow you don't want to get emergency alerts! Put phone on DND during sleeping hours and it won't sound or vibrate so you can still get those alerts during regular times. Those types of alerts are pretty important
