I'm doubting there is. So what about a welder's helmet? Where can I buy that? Or just a lens for a welder's helmet?

3 of my kids were provided with the proper glasses at school, but my high schooler was not and she wants to check it out in her lunch break. I'd like to see it too.

Just cut one of the lenses off the proper glasses and tell two of your kids to cover an eye

I'm afraid the time to purchase your glasses has eclipsed.

They had hundreds of them at Wal-Mart neighborhood on old Hammond airline this morning. They were still in the packing box by the eyecare center

lol. Good idea, but there school is super uptight about EVERYTHING. If I drop my kid off in the wrong parking lot in the morning they flip out. They certainly wouldn't let them watch with one lens

They are letting the kids out tomorrow at 12, good idea imo because you don't want to be liable if one of the little turds wants to stare at it for a while and jacks up their vision

Also when does your daughter graduate?

Pop one of the lens out for one of the little ones and replace it with a dark material. Let the high schooler look through the popped out one. Don't spend money.

Can't cuz the glasses are at school in their cubbies

There's gotta be a welding store somewhere in port Allen or off airline or industriplex maybe.

If anyone else is looking, there's 2 welding stores in BR. They're closed today so not sure if they have the 13 or 14 lens. They both open at 730 Tomm morning

Capital welder's on Choctaw

Airgas on Pecue

Doesn't harbor freight carry welding masks?

Yeah, but you don't want to run the risk that the lifespan of that thing runs out and it falls off your head while you're staring directly at the sun.

I would recommend that you tell your kids not to look directly at the sun.

So it's like looking at tits in public? Glance and look away. Never stare?

I thought I read somewhere that even a glimpse could do a little damage to the retina.
