Seemed like all the rage 5-10 years ago. But while cities in Texas and Florida have seen a huge influx not so much talk about Nashville anymore.

Yeah it’s still an attractive city. I do think the traffic issues and housing prices are starting to fizzle out the excitement though.

From what I can tell, it’s still a booming city with a high standard of living.

It is limited by the rest of the state. It’s not like Tennessee can compete with the business infrastructure that Texas already had or the coastline of Florida.

It's still desirable....but the Huntsville area is getting hotter. There's a lot of tech there with government contracts starting to throw around some serious money.

Huntsville, with all of its defense spending money, strikes me as the type of town that would immediately collapse if the federal government ever practiced real “austerity.”

Wish someone would decide it’s cold. Way too many Californians and Michigan people moving here

Nashville is a cesspit cope city for Yankees and failed Californians.

Still a hot city but will eventually go the way of Austin.

Nashville is a great town, lots of folks pouring in. Would prefer it stop right here tho. Not enough affordable housing at this point.
