I agree, but I've been to Chicago in January many times.
Chicago is one of the greatest urban locales in America, with some very interesting things to do and see, and I lock up when I come out from behind a building and catch a rush of wind off that lake. You do not want to go outside in that shite, no matter what the payoff could be.
