Is it possible to find someone's parole officer and have them drug test him?

Not going into all the details...but long story short:
I have a friend who has been a user who I am trying to help clean up. Mainly pain pills, and other shite. It is fricking her life up. I find out she is still hanging with a hoodrat who is supplying her with shite, knowing full well she is trying to get clean. He has been in jail before for drug charges and is out on parole...been out for over a year. The one time I was in his presence, he was bragging about how he could get away with all kinds of shite because he and his PO were tight. I think it's time to bring his sorry arse back to earth just a little bit.
Save all the crusades and other rants about everything. Yes I know she hangs out with shitty people...and yes I know she should "just say no". And yes I know "snitches get stitches". I agree with all of it. Just tell me if what I am asking is possible or what action I might could take.

fricking shite..i knew i would have to edit "weed" out of the OP because of the stoner frickers who would show up. The friend is mainly hooked on roxy's and really wants to get off them but the temptation gets her. Forget I even put weed there in the first place.

Had a Employee of mine on probation a long time ago... He did great for months and then I start to notice major changes in him. He started to be later and later to work, calling in sick often, and just having these impossible to believe scenario stories. All of this is normal bs that I deal with but I drew the line when tools and equipment started turning up missing and lost. I had a hunch I had a drug user on my hands so I called his PO and told him k was about to drug test him and would let him know the results. Tested positive for meth, PO picked him up, he got sentenced to 3 years.
While I've never been a fan of snitching on people, keep in mind, I also have a business to run.

I applaud your efforts to help your friend. Too many people are afraid to help because its much easier to laugh from the sidelines.
I dont know the answer to your question but if you can get some proof he is providing people pills then turn it over to the DA or police. The rest will take care of itself. The only problem is that the girl will likely find another source for drugs if this loser gets locked up and you will have to intervene again, thus enabling her to continue her cycle. Eventually she has to decide for herself to quit.
