What a dumb reason. IDK if she was raped or not but since they didn't do a rape kit or test her for drugs I don't see how they will convict this dude unless they can get video from the bar showing him slipping something into her drink.

The most glaring thing is the failure to take blood/urine screen for drugs, IMO. Other than that there's no way to tell who's telling the truth. I'm surprised she didn't push for the test too. Very bizarre situation.
