Is anyone following this Lyndsi Lambert rape story on NOLA.com?

Long story short: she had been seeing a guy 19 days. They had already slept together multiple times. They went out to a bar. She had a beer and two shots. Went back to his place. Half-woke up to a bottle inside of her. Also half-woke up to the dude taking pictures of her and trying to give her coke. Her sister picked her up. She went to the cops. Charges were never pressed on the guy because he said it was consensual.

There's the problem - the article says she had 2 of them, plus shots. At 10.25% ABV, most casual drinkers would be well on their way. I think the law is going to side with her on this one.

I happen to know this person. But I haven't seen or talked to her for about 10 years.
Back then she was 4.0 student. Strong moral compass. Volunteered a LOT when she was a student at LSU. A bit on the naive side.
Back then, she wasn't the type to lie. A real straight arrow.
That's all I know about her... people can change, but I find it hard to believe that Lyndsi isn't credible.
