Holy strawman Batman... this thread

Life isn’t fair sometimes, sucks, works both ways in several different life situations

Y’all want to know something, I didn’t see a single #MeToo hashtag today because I didn’t sign on facebook. I wouldn’t have known about the triggering virtue signaling if it wasn’t for this board.

I'd probably just be a queer, but okay.

So what if I'm more drunk than the girl?

And we both have fun. Wake up in the morning and it's a little blurry.

Who's the rapist then?

Please show me where in the law it says this. You do realize consent and alcohol is a gray area that always leans to the defense of females right?

Def not rape. Not sure where that came from. Rape is when someone has sex with another person who did not consent to it.

Are you rational at a 0.2 bac? Nope.

You serious Clark? Your strawman for this arguement is vehicular homicide?

quote:

It's a stupid arguement. It's illegal to have sex with someone too drunk to consent. Don't do it. Whether you are drunk or not.

So blackout Jody has the ability to turn down sec when he's plastered and a girl is grabbing on his dick?

Yeah. Okay.

So the line of consent for girls is the second they start drinking.

The line of consent for guys is when they get whiskey dick?

That might be just about the stupidest thing I've read all day.

Oh I wasn't suggesting that you were saying it was. No disrespect.

But Some of these SJWs (like Kibbles and helmut and their ilk) equate any "harassment" as tantamount to rape.

It's just a disengenous tactic. Much like "racism".

Broaden the definition so you can play the victim always, but it dilutes the actual issue.

That's pretty fricked up

That's a terrible analogy.

Once again, what is the level where one "can't consent"?

To be honest, I'm shocked.

This could mean some guy saying “nice arse”.

They made it too broad hence it has no weight except for people that can’t realize that harassment can be deemed on even someone flirting with someone.

I think its the female version of kneeling at NFL games. Somebody looked at a nice set of tits and now all women feel offended.

Clearly I don’t understand the “me too” thing because I thought it was about being bothered in public places whenever you’re alone, which I can understand being annoyed by.

How did we get to rape and assault? Is that what these hashtags are about? Count me out.

It's about sexual assault. And apparently all the usual suspects showed up on FB to get their daily dose of sympathy.

It's about "Sexual Violence" which spans from Sexual Harassment, Indecent assault, molestation, Sexaul assault, rape, and anything else regarding improper sexual behavior.

Apparently, The Rant supports it. Improper Sexaul Behavior that is.

Because...#ItsHerFault

So if a woman gets wet she's not too drunk to consent? See how dumb your argument is? Was sexually harassed at work several times. Had a similar age chick press up on me and she's gross(chick wore so much foundation her face was 3 shades darker than her neck) so it was definitely unwanted. Had a older divorced mom make comments to me several times. Know what I did both times? Got the F over it and moved on.
