Decades ago I thought of an interface between a automotive GPS system and the cruise control to lessen the hard accelerations on roads with positive grade inclines. The changes in elevations are known but on a hilly road with the cruise engaged, a car will inefficiently work its arse off to attempt to maintain the preset speed.

It's probably easily doable now.

Tracking device to be inserted when a person is born, so that if a person goes missing they can be located

Also, an a/c fan to keep your vehicle nice and cool during the summer on very hot days
