Bingo, 3-4 is rough in a 30+ ft boat and would easily sink or capsize a little skiff like that if you aren't on your A-game

I'm guessing the whole area between the Trinity River and the old/lost rivers is flooded as well.

I grew up in Seabrook Texas. My grandmother lived in Beaumont, Texas and had family in Louisiana so I made this drive often. The bridge is real. This is the mighty Trinity River-- I believe. Not the Gulf of Mexico. The Trinity. I am amazed by this. I am not sure if this will recede. Texas may be forever changed in ways you and I can not even begin to consider.
