Shorter workouts. P90X is legit, but damn it's so long (1.5 hours ). Body Beast is 45 minutes.

And Body Beast is just old school weight lifting.

Interesting, the first time I did p90x I got in insane shape so I'll always be partial to that. I may check body beast out though. I enjoy lifting, but I loved the cardio workouts in p90.

I think Body Beast does have a little cardio. I haven't done it tho.

I hate cardio.

I did great on p90x about 5 or 6 years ago. I just don't have that kind of time anymore and don't want that kind of volume. I've been doing wendlers strength program and love it.

MAX30 is tough. Still prefer lifting plus supplementing cardio for the best results.

Yeah, that sucks. And Power Blocks aren't cheap.
