I'm embarrassed to live on the same planet as a guy who would immediately sell a watch that he was given just because he doesn't wear watches. Sad stuff.

Give it back to him since you're a worthless piece of shite. That way he can give it to someone who can appreciate such an amazing gift.

It's worth changing the date.

He should pawn it then use the money to film quality produced porn of him fricking the dude's daughter and show it to the old man on his death bed.

Why not let the wife wear it? Get the band sized for her. Modern watches are just bigger than that now.

If I was on the fringes of death and my son in law pawned off my several thousand dollar heirloom watch I gave him while I was still alive, I would probably tell my daughter to leave his sorry arse.

This is a sad story all the way around. I can't imagine selling this thing. Even if he doesn't "where" watches, the OP should hold onto it.

Pathetic.

$100 says he won't tell his father in law he's selling it. I want to be in the room when his father in law asks how the Rolex is keeping time.

There are some things you don't sell. My FIL has a Patek Philippe he bought in the 50s that he'll probably leave to me. I don't "where" watches either but there's no way in hell that watch is leaving the family.
