Re: fat estimates. I am 6'1.5" and weigh 222. Doc looked at a chart and said you are at a body fat % of blah blah blah. I said. I'll lose 12 pounds and round out at 210. I wonder if the chart is based on a firm 222 or a soft flabby 222?? BTW, 10 days later. I am at 216.
