In Beta mode, will private messages from ADMIN still show up at the top?

Beta is the first version of testing that is released to end users. It was around before douches tried to "own" the alpha and beta terms.

Actually they hired private constables who are paid to come to people's houses and serve them with whatever message they want to send to you..
Word is OWLFAN86 was the first one they hired.
