That picture brings out so many emotions in me. I can’t imagine the agony those parents were in until their baby was back safe in their arms. That poor child. Thank god someone saved that child from the road and back to its parents

FWIW I don’t think the media can publish this picture bc it identifies the victim. But regardless they wouldn’t publish it since it presents a reality that are innocent citizens are being attacked by the lawless
