If its that bad, then leave. Cheating is the weak way out. That's just the way I feel. If you cannot take her as she is in then leave. Don't pick and choose.
If adults can't work through their issues then they shouldn't be together.
I can't say I love my wife, she's great, keeps a good home, and is a great mother, but I hate our sex life so I'm going to go get that somewhere else.

That will keep them from cheating only as long as no woman tries to seduce them. If a woman comes on to a guy in that situation, he'll jump on her in a heartbeat.
