dingle is three lift/ half rep guy.
loads up the bar with more weight that he can handle without a spot doing have the work and only goes half way down on a squat. all while grunting like he hasn't shite in 10 days and finally squeezed out a golf ball.

Guilty of the second part.
My dead lifts start at 200lbs and I rep 3x then add weight.
I give up when I cant roll my shoulders all the way back.
