Don't take my post the wrong way. I truly wish you nothing but the best but I have been around construction and RE for years and have seen so many people lose perspective or underestimate and get screwed over. I have countless stories and I wish I didn't.
As someone that has to evict people every now and then and has seen what that entails, I just encourage everyone to be realistic and do thorough research when buying.
I didn't take my own advice once on a house I bought and moved. I got caught up in what I felt was a good deal and pulled the trigger. I was lucky to only lose what I did on it when it could have been so much worse. Learned an important lesson from it.

I have connections and get volume discounts and I am telling you that $15K with a kitchen remodel is pretty unrealistic.
Depends on the market.
In SW Missouri in 2013 my wife and I did a full kitchen remodel including knocking out a load bearing wall that first needed additional attic support. We had to purchase three slabs of quartz for the countertops. New modern sink, ornamental lighting, cabinets, backsplash tile work, paint, and contractor labor costs put us at approximately $8,50 total.
But like I said we purchased as much stuff as possible from building overstock stores cutting our material costs down by sometimes two-thirds.

I'll give you a tip on cabinets. There is a place in Texas that sells RTA cabinets from China. They are easy to put together and the awesome thing is they are solid wood. Once they are assembled and installed you have a hard time knowing they are RTAs imported from China. I have put them in several specs and flips and recieved a lot of compliments on them. I even used to import and sell them when I had a cabinet, granite, and flooring store back in 2007.

You're gonna have to do some work on the inside of that.

This thread is so frickin weird
It's like he came here to spike a football, but most of us can plainly see that that's a balloon full of turds he has gripped above his head, not a football.
Dude's gonna get doodoo all over himself whilst grilling chicken.

This is the type of person that spends too much for a house because he can't do the work himself. That dodo smells like money baby.

after you spend $130k to buy it then another $50k fixing it up, you might able to sell it for $185k.
Not a whole lot of profit in there.

There is a Lumber Liquidators less than 15 miles from your house, on I-4 towards Orlando. They occasionally have good prices on blowout stuff.
There is a cabinet wholesaler in Orlando that will sell to the public at a reasonable price. I know you are close to Tampa though.
There are also some Russian granite guys that are cheap in Orlando.
If you go $125k on this house it works out to about $59 a sq. ft. One comp is similar. Most others in your neighborhood are $100-$110. With this being about 20 minutes from downtown Tampa in off traffic times, you should be OK. It has a big draw as a bedroom community but Malfunction Junction is a detriment.
I have a variety of dollys and will let you use them for the move if you would like. I cannot help you move because I do not want to.
Good luck.

Armwood won a Florida State Championship and is nationally recognized. My son will be able to play in a talent rich Florida and have the possibility for a full scholarship many colleges in the nation looking for Florida Talent. I'll make sure he's ready when it comes time.
Might want to double check those schools in the area, looks like the local schools are underperforming.
