When I went to PCB last year I was the only dude in sight with visible abs. None of the women were in shape, either.

Perdido FTW.... quieter and less BS as Gulf Shores/OB has gotten over crowded.

20 min and you can be in OB doing whatever you want, or 20 min and you can be in Pensacola.

Perdido is truly the hidden gem of that area.

It won't stay that way for long if people keep talking about it. I was going to Perdido before any of the high rise hotels were built. Those were the days.

Only reason west coast beach girls are not as fat is because they do speed and drink martinis, girls on Gulf beaches drink beer and do opioids

Yea, really, I’m not even talking about girls that are overweight, I’m talking about really fat girls.

I grew up at the beach in south west florida and one thing I can tell you, the beach has always been trashy.

The US food supply is 73% ultra-processed "food," which, by definition, isn't actually food at all. This is the single biggest contributing factor to the current state of Americans' health and weight. Eating right, for most people, doesn't have to be complex. It just needs to be to drink water and eat meats and vegetables (That don't come in a box or from a fast food restaurant).

Same. I've been going to Perdido since I was 8 years old and its definitely blown up. Those apartments they are building right over the bridge are going to be awful for that area.

Umbrellas take up more line of sight to the beach when everyone has one now due to the dumbass tent ordinance.

There are always one or two good looking 40-something women. Keep an eye out.

Enh, it's always calories in vs calories burned. There is no magic. Eat 1500-1800 cals per day and you won't be a fat arse.

Truth. Fact is people need far less calories than we think while conversely consuming far more than we think.

Translation: I am at the beach hoping to ogle hot women and am so disgusted by the fat ones that I wouldn't get a boner if I saw an OT 10 in a micro bikini.

This is entirely incorrect. Ultraprocessed foods include almost zero nurtition and are loaded with inflammatory chemicals that the body can't process and causes a mixed bag of health conditions. It actually does matter WHAT you eat, not just how much.
