The Rio Police want to arrest/fine US Swimmers for wrecking a men's room, while drunk, and it's world wide news.
Illegals in the US cause a massive accident including fatalities and it won't even get a mention on the world news and probably barely get a mention locally.
Sounds about right.

There is not one out there working for less than $25 hour. Contrary to what you might think the wages they are paid is significant for the work they perform.

there is plenty of good work at good pay available to anyone that wants it
I promise you right now it is more about availability than economy
you find me 30 guys right now with a SSN and drivers license and they'll be working in the morning

I'm not sure why people think Mexicans are such cheap labor, they really aren't. They are just more wiling to work and harder workers which makes them more valuable IMO.

what I've observed over the past ten years is that as far as skilled labor goes the Hispanic worker pool will outwork the local skilled labor pool 10 to 1
