Boss is an eediot with 2 "E's" worker is scum. It would have taken every bit of restraint I could muster to hold back with him in my face cussing me, when his hand touched me I would have come unfrickinglued on his arse. I love the way he pokes his chin out there for you, such an easy target

2- Ole boy pushes boss, that was the moment my CW becomes pertinent.

I would have remained calm and told the employee that once he was calm and could act civilized we would discuss the matter.

The moment he got into my personal space or touched me I would have made his teeth click

None of us can tell what went on before the video started.

I never would have let the issue get to that point.

Additionally, no other employee would be recording me discussing another employee's issues.

Whether the employee has a legitimate gripe or not, I wouldn't put up with someone who displays that type of temper and judgement in my organization.

Life's too short to work like or around that type of behavior.

And this why you should really find ways to avoid hiring blacks. Many are fine employees but the thugs like this guy can be found and you get sued if you fire them.
