If your dog is fat from too many treats and too much food, it's not because

you love him too much. It's because you don't love him enough.

Can this be applied to girlfriends and wives too?

Is this a fat acceptance thread? #triggered

Yep, i didnt realize this until my dog had pancreatitis because of some of the things i fed him. Hes on a bland diet now.

I love my dog so much I make costumes that look like him and post them on Youtube...wait...no I don't. No self-respecting grown man would do such a thing.

Girlfriends and wives can say no. A dog really can't help being a dog.

What I do with my dogs behind close doors is nobody's business.

Don't worry Rex nobody will ever accuse you of not loving your dogs enough.

When is it okay to let a dog get fat? I've fed the dog the same thing for his whole life. He's always been in great shape because he is a high energy terrier. But he's 12 years old now, and he has become super lazy. He put on like 5 pounds (up to 25) in the last year. He even struggles on walks now. Should I make him eat less, or should I just accept that he's getting old? The guy has to stretch like 50 times a day. I just don't feel like I'm loving him more by making him go in a diet.

I'm no dog expert, but I think I'd switch to lower calorie adult food.
Also, I just recently learned that unsalted Green Beans are a great way to keep up the food volume while trimming off some calories.
By the way... anybody want a brand new kitten? Saw two here on the property and they're the cutest things ever.

Hate to tell you, but you are wrong. I have one that is broken and she is fat.

You might be the first person on this site who hates to tell me I'm wrong.
