Women are paid equal for the same jobs and same experience. FACT.

The "unequal pay" ridiculous meme stems from the fact that women are in far more low paying careers (ie, Liberal arts as opposed to engineering) or are homemakers in higher numbers.

But for the same jobs, women are statistically paid almost exactly the same.
