You give a lot of grace. The two morons using blowers in the 2k sq ft apartment courtyard this morning took over an hour to blow away...nothing. I watched one of these dipshits blow the same areas three and four times, like he was paid by the steps, not whether it was clean or not.

They're not sending rockets to the moon. But the fact that they're dumber than people that bring your Zubereats or beer at world of booze...

I promise there are ample democrats there.

I just go up to a black person and show them the items I want and will pay them 50% of the retail price if they just walk out with it. I am white and will be prosecuted…;)

Just order it online for pickup. Everything is under lock and key and no one is available to unlock it for you.

There’s a reason for this

You wasted an hour of your life there. Why? To save a few bucks? Because the service is so great? You could have gone to a locally owned small business and walked in and out in under 5 minutes with what you needed. The local small business probably would have had several people at the store willing to help you. But you chose to give your money to Home Depot where they actually avoid helping customers. All to save a few bucks. I don’t get how people like you think. You have no regard for your time. Is an hour worth saving a few bucks? Hell no. But Home Depot cheap…Home Depot cheap…daaahh

My entire yard care collection (Kobalt) is from my hometown Lowe’s. Nothing locked on shelves, all batter powered so no more gas cans or mixing oil. Always get the military discount and thanked for my service by friendly store associates.

Could go to a local small business and get it and not have to deal with that.

Same prices?

Can you search for “scratch and dent” and floor model things online? Serious question.

Best way to shop for home equipment at Home Depot, drive past it to Lowe’s and buy EGO brand.

You should not be purchasing lawn equipment from big box stores.

That's understandable. But do you leave a business if they don't offer that option?

Ace Hardware will spend 20 minutes helping you find a $.50 bolt, yes, you pay a little more, the selection is limited, but I’ll give them my business every day.

For big purchases, I go to KD on Old Hammond near Airline in BR.

My local guy is usually about 20% higher, but with none of the hassle and 10x the service.

Most of the lawn equipment at Home Depot sucks.

John Deere builds the models sold through the big box stores at an entirely different plant and uses different engines and components than the ones they sell through their dealer network. You could never get a legitimately robust Wisconsin-made Deere product like an X580 or X730 through Home Depot.
