Sorry to hear about your grandmother.

I would like to spend time with my dad's father, who I never really met before he passed.

My dad's dad.

I didn't get enough time with any of my grandparents (all gone by the time I was 9). If I had to pick one, I'd say my maternal grandfather. I was closer to my mom's parents, and her dad died when I was about 5, so I have very few and fuzzy memories of him. By all accounts from people who knew him, he was amazing.

Sorry to hear, bud.

I'd like to be able to spend time with my dad's dad. He died 10 years before I was born. Busted his butt in the fields for pennies and provided for a wife and 6 kids.

Id give anything to be able to take my oldest son on one more camping trip. And If he didnt want to do that then anything he wanted to do. Id Just like one more time to be able to hear his voice and tell him i love him.

My baby daughter. There's just such chaos in NICU and after she passed, we took our time with her, but we never got to hold her alert and detached from machines until the very end.

I'd like to see her blue eyes and feel her weight on my arm and know she felt the love we have for her.

My 3 best friends from high school.

Drive around rural Virginia.

I would give anything for a few seconds with them.

I never met either of my grandfathers. They both passed before I was born, so I technically didn't lose them, but they were both extraordinary men from what I'm told.

Of the people that I've known, my Uncle Ed. He was the coolest and I chose to work rather than go to see him as he suffered from cancer. I regret it all the time.

grandpa... would go fishing all day and sit by the pond and laugh and talk again. I would literally give up "almost anything" to do that again
