It depends.
Have we given them the fire water yet? Bunch of drunkards

Wikipedia says Pizzarro defeated the Inca Empire and its 80,000 warriors with 168 men.
No idea if that's correct.

Without plague white people never take over North America.
Hardly. We had the civilization necessary to do it.
Unless you're taking about the bubonic plague which spurred on the renaissance and technological advances

If all Native Americans were like this guy, the white man would have never stood a chance..

That's a generous way of saying the Vikings stood no chance against them.
If I remember correct there are a few small spots along the east coast that have been linked to Viking settlements but obviously they never took hold. Really wish there was recorded history of how all that went down

All the bows and arrows in the world would still be no match for the White Man's alcohol, gunpowder and syphilis.
Whitey in a cakewalk.

...and it was the Mongols who introduced the Black Plague to Europe it what is belived the first instance of germ warfare. However, this is lost on the PC crowd.

It means that we had advanced (through constant warfare) as a civilization (well, many civilizations) to the point that once we set out on a course of action, an eventual victory was all but guaranteed.
Ever play Sid Meir's Civilization and become so outclassed technologically that the other civs can't help to fall once you decide to attack?
It was like that.

but technology requires other technology
supply lines would be VERY hard to maintain and would be VERY expensive, coming from across the Atlantic and all

Took a class with a full native american female back in the day. She was honestly one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen or met.
She was very nice and smart. A little bitter though.

Not once you have the resources and the knowhow.
If you can build guns in Europe simply gain a beachhead and build an armory.
Your tech outclasses their tech.
Name One time a technologically inferior culture successfully resisted a technologically superior one in the long run.

We would never have had a point of constant warfare until much later in time when weaponry advanced something considerable. Guns don't mean shite when you're outnumbered a hundred to one or more, have no clue about the land, and cannot transport enough supplies for long enough periods. Many explorations were privately funded.
The earliest explorers spoke of hugely populated coast lines with fires producing so much smoke that the water looked like it had fog on it. They spoke of the natives with reverence; powerful men who would crush them physically.
Nobody could have come here and fought the natives to a clean victory without a huge sum of them being wiped out by plague first. The Vikings tried, they got their asses kicked. There was a massive trading city in St. Louis as far back as 1200. The interior of the US was well traveled and Indians would frick you up if they felt you were not to be trusted.

history books have to go out of their way to find something impressive that native americans "taught" the settlers to make it seem even.
Burying a fish head with plant seeds to help spur growth is about what they came up with.
Ummm, yeah. History is written by the victors, so how would we know for sure?
But natural medicine, including weed in south America, hunting/tracking, fishing and guerilla fighting techniques (which helped immensely in our own revolution) are a few significant contributions.
Longterm, no, they didnt have a prayer vs the invaders, but no need to criticize. What was done to them by white men is beyond disgraceful.
arse Clown.

Also, it took from around 1620 to 1878 ( Last indian raid) LINK to raid info
So 250 years to conquer a people who were already decimated in population before the arrival of Europeans and to the OPs point battling one another.
Imagine if they were at full strength and lasted another 50 years fighting Europeans during WW1 taking place. What country would have came to the US as an alley to the Native Americans

bullshite. It's not just the range and power. It's the psychological effect.
What happens when one man with a gun goes into a crowded place and pulls it out?

Not strictly true. Pizarro also used collusion. Plus, smallpox claimed the Incan emperor and triggered a civil war (he had no legitimate male heirs, but lots of bastards - think Game of Thrones) - Pizarro kidnapped the eventual winner of the civil war, ransomed him, reneged on releasing him, used him as a puppet for a time and ultimately executed him, ending the Incan empire as we know it.
Similar to Cortez, he let them believe him and his men were gods, used cavalry, cannon and musket to great psychological advantage, as well as benefitting from the natural immunity to the disease they carried in themselves.
It was not as simple as 168 men defeating 80,000 in successive battles.

Indians laughed at euro trash and their muzzle loaders.
