Dude I am reading this as they emailed your job letting them know your username, PAIGE! The SCMJ, read it backwards, part suggests it was either JMCS or someone trying to frame you. You should pull the IP from the email and give it to the admins, maybe they can find out who sent it. If someone really did email your job they need to be frickED UP!
ETA: Its possible they did but HOPEFULLY they just want you to worry and really didn't. That is inexcusable.

Was it your TD email or a different personal email? If its a gmail or yahoo you can easily pull the IP it was sent from and see if an admin will help you see if its an IP anyone from TD was used.

They said they emailed your username to your work, what else would you think it would be. You can pull the IP using certain sites, you just copy and paste the info. If you tell me what kind of email you have ill find the right one, as long as its like a gmail or yahoo.
