Guy on the bike will be dead in a year. Hopefully, he doesn't take anyone else with him.

No. You've got a good point. It would be devastating to a family when it's time for dad to get home from work instead a sheriff's deputy pulls up to tell them he's never coming home.

I'm sorry but even at my age if I'm the biker, I'm pulling into a neighborhood street and taking my chances whipping some arse. There's a huge difference in the road rash between those speeds, that Fusion driving douche and going full on fisticuffs.
