Both deserve to be pulled to the side of the road and beaten to a bloody pulp for putting everyone else's lives at risk for their stupidity.

Had to be done on purpose. No way a Fusion keeps up with a super sport with someone trying to get away.
ETA: Having said that, the rider does seem to be pretty terrible at riding.

Instead of trying to race away, the motorcyclist should have used evasive tactics, taking advantage of his ability to maneuver.
