In my experience, no. But I'm comparing it to Darrell's prior to the proprietor's death (RIP). They slacked in quality right before I left the state (about a year ago).

my cousin graduated from lake arthur high and it was a bid deal b/c he is developmentally disabled somewhat and he had to bust arse. he actually has a semester of SOWELA done (in welding) and got a scholarship for next semester. it was very joyous
