I wish a doctor would tell me I had tuberculosis of the penis

This sort of stuff pisses me off. Sure it wasn't professional, but half a mil? The story alludes that the doctor lost her job over it as well. Sounds like he needs to go back and have his torn labia looked at.

Would bet he collaborate with someone else working in that room. What about the others not named? Have him schedule with a known loud mouth anesthetist, act like douchepussyshitbag, have buddy make baiting statements, accidently record and profit. This is what happened.
