Nice.

I used to booze pretty heavily in law school, but has died down. I also get drunk/feel alcohol a lot faster these days, so that has cut consumption as well.

At this rate I'll reflexively hate the thought of alcohol by about 40.

Adjustable dumbbells and P90 (the original) to start.

Gives you the basics, is only of medium intensity and will set the table for making the jump to P90X - you really only need a pullup bar and adjustable dumbbells for P90X, but most beginners shouldn't start there.

OP,

The Perfect Pushup, a Shake Weight, and 7 minute abs is all you need.


But really, Perfect Pushup is decent.
