I want to get my wife a vehicle that's capable of towing a small boat...

or an 8 ft utility trailer with a golf cart on it. I'm going to let her pick it out, but what are some good places to start looking? Probably buy new and she's not too particular, she said she loved her Camry...for a point of reference. Here's the boat:

I'd be driving when trailering, but we don't need two vehicles capable of towing and I'm going to drive her sedan from now on. She doesn't want my manual Tacoma...so that one goes.

That's what I was thinking, but I look at rear bumpers and they don't have the cutouts like the larger ones do. Saw an X3 today and it didn't look like towing was an option.

She'd rather a sedan, but we need something that can tow. We're keeping her sedan but since it recently broke down for the first time she's looking for something newer and more reliable. I told her it's fixed, but I can see it in her eyes that she doesn't trust it anymore.

My wife DGAF about being hip...and since I bought her a car with a manual transmission last go 'round she's tired of even being cool.

Had one as a kid. My brothers and I used to run it hard.

Those skiffs don't turn, they slide...

I pull my 19ft center console (tandem axle trailer) with my wife's 2015 explorer sometimes. It does just fine. We really like that car.

It'd be hard to explain all of the holes up there without it.
