I reported a woman littering, what happens to her?

I saw this woman throw several water bottles out of her car so i called 888-litrbug and reported her. Does anything actually come of this?

If a cop didn't see her do it, probably not. Who else would have authority to hold her responsible.

You get a letter in the mail saying someone saw you litter. I think they threaten a fine if it happens again, but of course that would require some good evidence to stick.

She'll receive a letter telling her someone reported her and to please be more responsible next time. Included will be a little, car-sized garbage bag with some kind of anti littering message on it.

Can't you video this and submitted to proper jurisdiction now? I know I've heard of programs like this to at least threaten litterbugs.

Well she was coming out of walmarks in shreveport, so i guess we already knew she was trashy. Pun intended.

I watched a man throw two fast food cups out his window at Florida and 23rd the other day. It was a busy area. Dude literally didn't care.
