You guys are pathetic. Let the guy enjoy his achievement.

If youre asking about my foot, then you probably do. it's fine, worked it out in about a week. Just made me nervous cause I had gotten busy and hadn't kept up with my weekly mileage. Running and construction don't always agree.
Im still new at this, so I've learned a lot about it preparing for this. Base level fitness is hugely important, and I really need to work on that more. I ran the CCC at almost 10/mile but I was nowhere near able to do that beyond 6 miles. I was just worried about actually getting the distance in and dI dint spend enough time working on pace. I didn't stop to walk except at water stations, but my pace went way down the last mile and a half. I've never been a very fast runner, but I suppose you gotta start somewhere, right?
As for the ironman, I should've said a half, not a whole. Its something to work towards, and I've got several friends that have done them and would be great resources for training. I'd have a long, long way to go.

Congrats on the achievement.
I'm down 25lbs in less than 3 months myself.

I'm not a long time runner but was in pretty good shape when I started training for my first half. Ran 2:10 and was very pleased with it.
If you continue, you'll have plenty of room to get better...so that makes it fun.
Congrats

Nice job! If you want the sticker, do the damn thing. There's worse stickers out there.
Join in on the nike+ app and keep it going. Should be doing another 100 mile march soon. At your own pace, just have to be consistent to complete it.

I cycled 100 miles on Saturday for the first time.

1:42 here, actually.
But I won't give him shite, I know it takes lots of work to make radical lifestyle changes and keep it up. OP, have an upvote.

If it was the Mandeville race, the results have been posted on the gulf coast half marathon website.

Keep training for another month or 2 and do a full marathon. There should be one in january. You'll never be closer.
