In addition to your counseling I recommend a good hormone panel workup. Including your estrogen levels. Also a thyroid panel. Do you take testosterone injections?
I have to be on them due to a chronic illness and medicine issue that killed my endocrine system. Your testosterone/estrogen needs a balance. Most guys at 35 need around 22-25 on the estrogen. When my injections were swinging me my estrogen was under 10 and unreadable. I was like a raging bull all the time. Madder than frick. For no reason.
Turns out you need about a 20:1 ratio testosterone to estrogen.
Go to a counselor but also get the entire picture to bring when you get there.

Perhaps, but it's become a family tradition. My dad did it to his dad, my grandfather did it to his. Though the didn't have phones back then, so he either had to run or just pen an especially angry letter. And I expect my son to do it to me and so on.

Thanks for the correction.I just saw it at the top of the Board and didn't look at the original date of the post. Also, I would never recommend someone unless I had first hand knowledge or experience with their service(s).
