I live down a long private road

And ditches keep being dug in the road in an attempt to slow people down.
I have politely asked that it be fixed... To no avail.
So I have a plan.
I have access to 100 couches. Yes. 100 couches.
I have decided that until the road is fixed, I will put a couch in this person's yard, on their porch, or in their driveway. It may escalate. 1 couch on day one, two on day two....
Yes, I am an adult. An adult with disposable income and access to very random shite.
There are zero repercussions, this person is a friend.
Any ideas on how to make this more difficult or annoying?

Both of our daily drivers have suspensions built for offroad and whoops, bumps merely cause us to drive faster. I feel bad for the neighbors who are in newer accords, camrys, and euro stuff.
