Well, after I lost it, I put my cigarette out on his neck.

It was his generation, not him individually. You keep practicing that reading, though.

You taught your son that "gay" should be an insult. Good job.

Not sure I follow. I was saying that you should not teach your children that "gay" (or "retarded") should be used as insults.

I may have misunderstood your post.

It would have been funnier if your son had made fun of you for not knowing the name of a song you say you love so much. On the basis that he did not, yes, he is most certainly gay.

Rewatching SNL 40 and Paul McCartney comes on to perform "Baby I'm Amazed". I say out loud how much I love that song. Within thirty seconds, he's hit FF on the remote. I say, "What are you doing?" Without stopping the FF, he says, "Who is that?" I say, "Paul McCartney, he was in The Beatles." Him, "The Beatles are gay." I subsequently lose my mind on him. Now, on to The Californians.

Your son holds the remote? Wife drives on road trips too?

It's your fault for not being a good parent and showing him The Beatles.

But you might want to show him something not at lame as The Beatles. Go with the Rolling Stones.

Why does he have the remote?

Seriously my first thought. I'm 27 years old married and have a kid on the way. But even now when I'm at my parents I don't normally touch the remote haha.
