I hate Florida drivers

They cut you off with no room to spare...fly super fast in the right lane...and will always wait to merge at the last second. Does any state overall have a worse group of drivers? Also their license plates suck arse

I think voting the right way and not locking down the state for COVID outweighs the bad drivers and perceived trashiness. America would be a much better place with more Floridas and less Illinois/Californias.

I have been to every state and the worst drivers by state are Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana in ascending order. Alabama has clueless drivers who drive in urban areas like they are on dirt roads without any drivers near them. The best drivers are from Texas, California, and New Jersey.

I hate them too, but for the opposite of your reasons. They drive too slow, brake at every possible opportunity, and make it a mission to look at every single leaf that may have a slight red tint, resulting in them slowly drifting into a different lane.

There's so much traffic in South Florida that it breeds idiots that weave in and out of car chains. At least that is my theory why they are so bad.

Texas drivers are worse. I'm not sure about in Texas but something happens to their brain when they get into another state.

It is really just the carpetbagging scum that has invaded in hopes of saving on SALTaxes. They also
have an insatiable demand for cheap labor which doesn’t exactly attract the best and brightest either. It does seem to attract their drug addled nieces and nephews. So a combination of olds and druggies on the road makes for an interesting mix.

My personal experience has Wisconsin as some of the worst drivers for their tendency to park in the left lane and inhibit the flow of traffic. I love driving here in Texas, if you're not doing 15+ in the passing lane then you get the heck out of the way but most other drivers are courteous if you use your turn signals.

Friend. I must respectfully disagree. Texas drivers are blissfully unaware that the left lane is reserved for passing vehicles. They refuse to yield to faster driving motor vehicles.
I have driven the Freeways of California from San Diego to San Francisco and must say that California drivers are terrible as a whole. Same for New Jersey, which I have also traveled extensively.

Florida’s demographics are a major cause for the horrible driving. Old people, Cubans Candians, snow birds from all over, nascar red necks, Haitians, South Americans, Central Americans, New Yorkers, Mexicans etc etc.
Alabama has no excuse, just a bunch of slack jawed sister fricking red necks.

As someone who was born and raised in the BR metropolitan area, I was very and am still very surprised at how slow people in Florida drive. I thought they would be fast drivers since it’s a more populated state but that really isn’t the case. People in the BR area drive like we’re in a NASCAR race so I just assumed Florida would be the same since there are more people there
