So I went grab some lunch at Rouses the other day and went ahead and bought a King Cake for the office while I was there.

Come in this morning and it's still sitting on my shelf, in the bag.

Thinking of having a piece and not sharing with the rest of the office.

Thats ok right?

Yes. Sharing is caring.

Glad the OT can sort this out for you.

Then I'll buy another one and not share that one either

I think I may have a beer with this piece of cake...if I get busted then I offer a piece as a bribe

Not when the item to be shared is a pointless story with no punchline. In those instances, sparing is caring.

I am not a king cake expert, but I had one last year that the inlaws got for us and I thought it was really good. Not as good as some of the bakery ones but quite tasty.

Have at it.
King Cake is the most overrated food on the planet.
dry colored sugar covered crap.

I like king cake, but I find that most places ruin them by putting too much icing and too much filling in them. The ones that Ralph's Market sells are not like that. I haven't tried Rouses yet.

Yes it is, especially if it's the Bavarian Cream one.
