I think once people get to Baton Rouge their minds are suddenly on sensory overload wondering why the frick they would ever be anywhere near this place, and subsequently their driving abilities suddenly go to shite.

I saw two accidents on 110-South in the Governor's curve this morning (after I got through the I10 West crap) that may have been 100 yards apart.
I really, really wish they enforce some significant penalties on those found at fault in accidents...and somehow block cell phones from working while in a moving vehicle!

I said frick the interstate. I go from French settlement, up 16 to Denham, then ride south Choctaw/Choctaw to downtown. Never really hit traffic, leave at 6:40, at the capital at 7:40. Already not a morning person. Add bumper to bumper traffic while driving a stick shift and it's a recipe for someone getting run over, so I'll drive to BFE if I avoid traffic lol:
