Google maps show road closures all the way to Lafayette? We're heading to Baton Rouge this morning from Houston. Can anyone give me an update or info? Thanks.

Why does no one use Waze for this stuff? It has been getting me around road closures like a champ over the last 5 days

Waze isn't always right or the best way. Most the time, but not always.

It took me 3 hours to get from LC to Lafayette yesterday. Had to go up to 190 then Eunice and Opelousas. 512 shows still closed.

90 is now closed. The bridge from Jennings to Midland is closed. Mermentau crested yesterday and there is water everywhere. Take from kinder exit north to 190 to Opelousas.

Waze shows 90 flooded west of Crowley too.

3-6 p.m. People were treating the flashing light at 26 like a 4 way stop. That caused a huge backup.
